Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman, an American gymnast was once a part of both the Fierce Five 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman won three gold medals in the 2012 Olympics, in London. In addition, she took home a bronze medal on the balance beam. She was one of the few American to win the most medals at an Olympics. The gold medal was hers in the team event in the 2016 Olympics and was her as well as Gabby Douglas first Americans to have back-to-back golds. Additionally, she won silver medals in the individual all-around and for the floor workout. In between the two Olympics she had taken an absence from gymnastics competition for three years. Also, she was a part of gold-winning American teams in two World Championships. She began her gymnastics training at age 2 and loves the floor workout. Aly has enrolled in the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group to honor her late grandma. As for the future, she is planning to create a profession in fashion. She would also like to extend her leotards line and her socks. Fierce will be out at the end of summer.
